Side extensions with something extra

With a little thought and careful planning there is often the opportunity to do a bit more with your side extension, even on a more limited budget. Features such as a cantilevered roof, low profile doors and large roof lights can really make the most of your extension.  While these features can be expensive, you can also acheive a lot with careful placement of more standard rooflights, doors and careful internal arrangement of the extension.

The pictures show 2 extensions, one with a cantilevered roof with sedum grass covering, low profile doors and large electric rooflights. The second extension has a cast in situe worktop, custom made kitchen and specialist lighting.
